Jim Conroy is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who lives on the Central Coast of California. He has performed with many ensembles and in all kinds of venues there for the past 30 years.
His recently released cd “Magical Door,” which is a celebration of that time won 2nd place in the New Times Music Awards for album of the year. That cd was all original material recorded over that time period and represents his varied stylings, which include Jazz, Pop, Celtic, Gospel, R&B and others. He also is a great interpreter of others songs and enjoys performing them including; Beatles, Motown, Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell & Van Morrison. He is a warm entertainer and loves to get the audience involved in his performance with stories and sing alongs.
